The candidate will be responsible for acquiring plots in the central 5 wards of Tokyo and conducting sales activities.

SALES AREA
Shinjuku-ku, Shibuya-ku, Chiyoda-ku, Chuo-ku, and Minato-ku

PLACE OF WORK
Chuo-ku or Minato-ku

WORKING HOURS
10:00 AM-7:00 PM (with 60 minute break)

HOLIDAYS
Weekends, holidays, year-end and New Year, summer holiday, Golden Week Holidays per year (approx. 130 days)

SALARIES, WAGES, AND BONUSES
Determined based on internal regulations and candidate’s experience and ability Incentive system (4 times a year), achievement bonus, raises, other bonuses

ELIGIBILITY
- High motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Standard driver’s license
